The 4 fastest ways to get MOTIVATED and see Real Results!
What is a motivational coach?
It’s a personal development life coach that gets you clear on the specific steps to achieving your life long goals. A motivational coach is someone who can help their clients focus on the purpose of their results. As a coach, they know how to motivate their clients at the highest level. This approach is very different from a rah-rah motivational retreat, but it can be just as powerful and more sustainable.
You're 4 steps:
- Step 1 - Get Clarity: You can achieve this by setting your GOAL: The clearer you are about what the goal is, the higher probability you are to hitting your target Goal in life. Your Goal MUST have the 3 M’s. It must be Measurable, Motivational and with Massive action behind it. For example, you can set a goal to write a children’s book that impacts families around the world. Now that you’ve set your specific goal, associate Timeline (Measurable), Your Coach (Motivation), Massive Action (Don’t Stop Attitude). Thinking about the glorious feeling of achieving the goal and severe agony for not achieving your goal can also help in getting clear.
- Step 2 - Get Started: We stop ourselves because when we just don’t even get started! Even if you don’t know all the steps, just get started! For example, you may decide to offer free sessions as a path to becoming a motivational coach. It doesn’t matter how much knowledge you have. If you don’t take action, nothing will happen. Massive action with even a little knowledge is priceless.
- Step 3 -Get a Coach: This is an accountable person that is going to keep you on track and monitor your RESULTS: Someone that will give you feedback about what’s working and what’s not.
- Step 4 - PLAN REVIEW: This is the most crucial KEY. Taking the feedback you've received in Step 3, to revise and review your plan. Now apply it again and again until it has become second nature.
Most people are not focusing on the end results. Most people are avoiding getting started because of fear of failing. With this thinking, they have focused on the failure and not the results. There is a big difference. To get real change in your thinking in these areas, you need the 3 M’s template.
